Check this table V_556R_B ( Deduction rule for Absence Quotas ) where you can have your quotas in order and you can give priority like 'deduction priority' tab which deduct quotas on priority basis.

2. The domain name at the production site is "XXXX.com.np", please let us know what is the domain name at the DR should be. If I keep differen domain name then what would be the problem
The standby database server and the primary database server should be able to communicate.
You configure both the listeners with their hostnames (not really required FQDN).
So as long as the primary can send the archived logs to the standby database server then there is no problem.

Can you please share the Business process where PO is generated against an invoice ? This is something peculiar and not heard much about this. Coming to the requirement, I doubt, it is achieved via standard configuration. Most probably, it should have been via some enhancement where you can certainly add a logic to prevent repetitive output.

My requirement is per unit price should not be editable in return sales order.It is should always be the same as the sales invoice which is referenced.
User might have sold 10 qty of x material for price per unit Rs.100.
Invoice value : 10 * 100 = 1000 + taxes
customer returns 5 qty due to some quality issue .Then return sales order will be created with reference to sales invoice of 10 qty. then the user will edit the quantity in return sales order to 5,but unit price should remain as 100 and should not allow to be changed even using condition update.
New so : 5 * 100 = 500 + taxes

I tried this, and it's too late. Once the #REF is put into the formulas by the "no results" query, the formulas are changed and cannot reference the new data when the query is revised with good results. Let's try the question again:
When I make a query with no results, how do I have the "no results" query NOT affect the formulas in another sheet in the workbook?

Steps to find mail id from a rule to your workflow.
Here, you have to bind workflow to task, task to BOR, from BOR you have to call the rule (which will have bindings between rule container and Z-Function Module)
Simple steps:
Assumptions: You have PERNR value and you need to find mail id.
1. First create a rule - create two elements in rule container - PERNR and mailid (set both of them to import and export)
2. Create a Z-FM - in it get the container element PERNR using SWC_GET_ELEMENT.
Write your logic ; and then using SWC_SET_ELEMENT set the mail id in ac_container (in tables parameter in your Z-FM)
3. Then create an activity in your workflow, in that create one task.
4. In task container again create same two container elements.
5. Create one Z BOR object and method - assign it to task.
6. In Z-BOR object-method, write the following code.
