I am using the Fiori Launchpad. I tried to add the parameter on the target mapping configuration, but it gives me an error saying the parameter name is in an invalid format:
I also tried to add the parameter to the tile configuration in the Fiori Launchpad Designer, like below, but it added the parameter to the very end of the URL, which does not work in this case: .../sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html?sap-client=400&sap-language=EN#ZEXLTESTDRIVERS-LOAD?&sap-ushell-config=headerless
Let me know if you have any other suggestions. Surely someone else has run into this problem and found a solution.

Structural Authorization No Authorization during Validity Period
Hello Experts,
A user of ours is having issues maintaining an old record of a position. She can maintain current and future records, but records before a certain date she cannot maintain. When i use a firefighter ID I am able to make changes to the records. We are trying to determine what could be the root cause of the issue?
Also the O-S Relationship date is the cut off date beyond which the user cannot maintain the data, however the other Org Unit that the position had been moved from the User has access to that Org unit as well so we are unable to understand why the user cannot maintain data on that position in the past. Your prompt help would be highly appreciated!!

This issue is getting to be more than what these forums can do, I suggest you contact Sales and purchase a single support case so an Engineer here can work with you on this.
R&D said we are not creating the JET temp files, it's the JET engine doing it so it's likely you need to contact Microsoft and ask them to debug this issue.
What if you take CR out of the picture and use another copy of your app to access the maps, do you see another temp file? You may need to rename your exe so Windows doesn't see it being the same and possibly caching info.
Fort the test above I would have to create a VM image and install all your components and test, too much for a forum post.

We had faced a similar issue for few users.
Our issue was due to corrupt DLL files when Microsoft office patch is installed.
These file are available under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE14
If this issue happens with any user, simply rename/delete the OFFICE14 folder like OFFICE14.old and then copy OFFICE14 folder from a working machine

Info param Vs System Param Vs control param?
Dear experts,
As part of tthe EM design process, we cam across some design considerations,
In our process, we receive a set of additional data ( about 10-15 fields) with a POD event. This additional data will come only with POD event. Now we have to store this somewhere in EM.
1. which paramater we shall use - info, control, system ?
2. I need to provide a utility functionality(via web service) to fetch the event data (for an order) and I need this additional data to be retrieved and send back along with actual event data of the order to the web service caller. Which functionality I shall use in EM to fetch actual event data? is there any BAPI or web service available already in standard?

Lumira on standalone server
I am trying to install Lumira 1.30 (BI platform) on dedicated server. I am not able to install it , since it requires BI platform on that server. I read in sizing guide, Lumira for BI platform can be on dedicated server.
Did any one followed this kind of approach?

Let's do one step at a time.
Why it works for 1400 records but does not for 100 000?
Do you know there is a .rpt file behind every LOV. The rpt saved in File Store and could be refreshed On-Demand or Scheduled. That where the LOV prompt gets values. When the LOV is Scheduled it involves Job Server, but if On-Demand then CR Processing Server.
By default Crystal Reports Processing Server has a 20 000 records limit. If the number of records in the table higher than the limit then report fails and the LOV Prompt is Blank. Go to CMC and check the properties of the Server - if it set to Default change it to bigger number or 0 for unlimited. This is known and documented problem.
Another workaround is to Schedule the LOV, because the Job Server does not have Default limit.

I tried with the mentioned steps but getting an message " WFM core changes not supported for BP"
I did the below config setting for this
But still getting this message . Also though in PPOME ,along with assigned resources (Employees), I'm getting the Business partner also, assigned to the node, but in MRS RP NODE resources, this BP is not reflecting ...
Is that report not executed successfully , due to the above mentioned message?? and due to this I'm unable to see the BP under the resource list?
Please confirm and provide further guidance..

Unfortunately that note is very misleading, as the DB update it recommends screwed up our whole system.
Not even SAP would start anymore afterwards.
But by sheer accident I found in one of the log files the correct answer.
MaxDB version 7.0.6.x with LC requires client version 7.0.7.x and once I installed that one (not via SDBUPD but via SDBINST) LC10 worked again like a charm.
SDBUPD would have upgraded the whole DB, but SDBINST allowed for just the new client version to be installed.
But you were right about SUM later on demanding an upgrade of the whole DB to 7.0.9, which included a client upgrade and kind of made the whole procedure with upgrading the client seperately mood & void.

here is the aggregation node. The fields for the schedule line and the goods issue date are added as aggregated column with min function to the output.
And here is the join of the original data with the aggregated data providing the min goods issue date.
