I have restarted the AS java , AS java not coming up
showing that the sever0 stopped.
giving the thr error " core service start fails at initial startup"
we are using windows machine.

Sorry. Once you move to the material batch level you will not be able to restrict changes to a batch based on plant. Who ever has MSC2N will basically be able to change any batch in the system. I usually recommend that MSC2n be limited to a few people at a plant, usually some one in a fairly high QA role. If processes are going as they should, MSC2n should not be needed in the course of day to day business.
MSC1n should only be given to very small handful of people. Under most normal SAP business processes, there should be no need for MSC1n. It is usually only used to fix something that went wrong.

I have activated DTP by keeping Processing Mode "No Data Transfer; Delta status in Source: Fetched" and executed the DTP.I got 0 records in the request generated.
In the following process, do i need change the Processing mode to "Parallel Extraction and Processing" or does it automatically changes to normal processing mode.
Result i got zero records by keeping Processing mode as "No Data Transfer; Delta Status in Source: Fetched"
(1).how can i proceed further.
(2).In transport request what are all the objects i need to collect.During migration i have changed(Transfer Rules to Transformations------Activated newly created InfoSource----------Migrated DataSource--------Updata Rules to Transformations--------Activated newly created DTP)
(3).In Dev system the Process chain is also there.How can i collect Process chain?
(4).Do you want me to collect all the migrated objects along with process chain in a whole package?

EasyDMS 7.1 disappearing folders
Just checking if anyone experienced this weird behavior where document structures (folders) just disappear and has to be re-created manually.
I tried to re-create the issue but failed as our users are not allowed to delete any folders structure. Yet it keeps happening once every few weeks.
We have about 300 global users. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is not an answer to your question, but rather a request for more information ... I want to be able to print dynamic pictures in my report, and am unsure how to do that.
The report has 1 page per article, so in the header of that page I want the image. The image will be stored on Sharepoint somewhere, so either the path to the image will be stored in the resultset, or at least the path can be generated as <path>\articlenumber.jpg
How do I go about including these (dynamic) images in my report

You can overwrite the Excise material type maintained in your Material & Chapter id combination. Irrespective of the Excise material type in J1ID, System takes the MIGO/J1IEX Excise material type provided it is changed in MIGO/J1IEX.
You said there is an accounting entry for your material document for excise. Check the excise material type assigned in your material document under Excise item tab. If it is RG23A/C then you would get the accounting entry provided cenvatable tax code was used in your purchase order.

If you want to read master data, you should specify from the Attribute of........
You should mention the attributes which you added to 0employee. PSA data is not required for this field here, because you are updating these DSO fields via master data attributes in the transformation.
Have you added the same attribute field to the DSO?

Hi Madhavi,
In which section you place the sub report in main report? If you place the sub report after report header section then it will process after the report header section. that is the reason it is displaying blank.
--if you would like to get the values from sub report, then the main report would process the sub report before the report header section.
--So you need to add one more section for report header section and put the sub report on top one and place header values on the second one.

Processing Rule Editor Issue in MII 14.0

I'm having MII 14.0.2 build (82) and trying to create a processing rule for an idoc.
In Message Name Field when I enter /SCWM/WMTOID01 and save,it is not allowing to save and saying Enter Valid values.
Can someone please provide input on this.
