What "record date" of what Infotype are you talking of?
If you are talking of the Start Date or End Date of a Payment/Deduction Infotype such as IT0014 or IT0015, look at the documentation for Functions P0014 and P0015.
If you are talking of the Start Date or End Date of a Benefits Infotype such as IT0167, IT0168 or IT0169, look at the documentation for the appropriate Functions (P0xxx).
If you are talking of a Date associated to a Date Type on IT0041, you could use Operation RTE, NUM, or AMT. In the documentation for these Operations, look under the 2nd Variant (Table Fields), under code F (Date Specifications).
And please do a little search online as the subject has already been discussed many times.

It is necessary to link the Sales Order to each of the separate Invoices.
How is it fulfilled?
Furthermore, lets assume that the total amount to be splitted in 3 invoices is 1000$.
How will 333,33$ be automatically assigned to each of the invoices without making the user calculate manually the amount?
It is of high importance due to automatically freight and tax calculations which are performed.
The total tax and freights must be equally splitted to each of the separate invoices correspondingly.

I've an issue where CTM has to consider the Weekly Capacity, under the Special Strategies in the CTM profile - We defined "Use Setting from Resource".
In the resource master, capacity is set up for each day so when CTM is executed my assumption is that it is only considering the capacity for each day.
CTM Time stream is defined for Weeks.
How do I configure the Weekly capacity in the resource master?
In the Resource Master >> under SNP bucket capacity I selected the option 'X Maintain' but in the Period Type it has option only to enter Day.
I selected Day in the period type, 7 days in Number of Periods to see if CTM considers the capacity for whole 7 day period but it still looks at only each day's capacity while Planning.
Issue Background:
Requirement:
Since Manual Planned Orders are already consuming excess % of resource Capacity on a specific day, CTM when executed should consider the total capacity for the week and accordingly generate orders in the other days of the bucket without causing any overload

Any idea how to have the time axis with multiple measures ? (multi-series chart). I am able to achieve this with 1 measure but the requirement has more than 1.
I tried adding another measure and adding it to the feed but it throws errors.

One more check you can do is to check if your user role has all necessary authorizations.
Under Application and User Management -> Business Users.
Here is screenshot of how it looks under Administration WC.I see i your case you have very limited options under Administrator. make sure your user have necessary privileges.

yes, I had known this documentation very good when I was RCM-consultant (2009-2013)... and now a little task appeared in RCM (download to local for subsequent load in OpenText) so my colleagues assigned me for this task but I couldn't remember my 5-year-experience in a few days ))))) so I should start a discussion here )))))
There are also BAPIs for Records Management. For example, BAPI_SRM_DOC_CHECKOUT_VIA_TAB and so on.
Their internal implementation could be considered as an example of usage of the standard classes.

I have a situation where I'm trying to load a custom BW hierarchy into BPC (from 0comp_code and it's failing with the error "No records returned from <info object>". I am attaching the TF and CF as also the error in the log. As part of the load I'm attempting to pull in the base levels and prefix "TP" to the company code value. I'm also excluding all hierarchy nodes except the ones that begin with OTS. I haven't done this a lot so am probably using some incorrect syntax etc. Any help is welcome!

We finished rebuilding today at 5am. We had to do the process manually UNLOAD/LOAD and with some other tables we used proxy tables, and with some smaller ones we used a program called "Cross-database Studio".
The system is operational ! We still need to work on some subsystems, but the major core is working.
A good side effect of this problem is that we trimmed old data that wasn't necessary and the database is now UNDER 100GB. I was surprised at the change in size. Everything is easier with 100GB compared to 300GB.

In order to automate this we can call transfer posting in the background before goods issue... this needs custom development.....
