We have done based on the employee group. In the feature UBAIC for the Part Time employee group we are returning PRT and for the employee group Full time we are returning FTE.

Hi Rajasekaran,

 

I don't think it is possible to split the write off document number at VTREF level. If it is a must for you, you can always give VTREF number as input screen of write off General Selections -> Custom Selections. In that case you have to run the FP04M multiple times, once for each of the contracts.

 

On the otherhand, I am assuming your contracts are having different account determination IDs. So, as per posting area 0120, you will anyways have separate revenue/expense accounts posting even if you have a single write off clearing document created.

 

The write off document will post the receivable/payable GL account as per the source items that you are writing off. And it will post at expense account /revenue account as per the account determination ID of the source document.

 

Is your document splitting requirement is based on anything other that GL posting?

In SCM, transaction /SAPAPO/LOC3, what is the Business System Group for 2300?  What is the location type?

 

You mention that 'the Integration model for PIR is active'.  OK, but do your problematic 2300 materials actually exist in this integration model?

Hi Carlton,

 

The error you are getting is because of after the xml you have soap envelope tags and the namespace of envelope tags are different from your namespace that is why the XML after XSLT is not matching expected input XML of message mapping and target side the field occurrence is 1..1 that means it is mandatory element not optional that is why you are getting above error.

Agentry - styling the edit screen set in a List Tile View

I have a List Tile View on a detail screen which permits editing a row via an edit screen set.  I can't get the style to take affect in the edit screen set until after the user modifies a value.  The first screen shot below shows what the list tile looks like immediately after I've clicked the edit pencil button.  The second screen shot is right after I've changed the value in the drop down.  You can see that the description field doesn't use the correct style until after I've selected a different value in the drop down.  I've tried setting the style at the field level, screen level, and platform level, but still can't get the style to take affect correctly. I am setting the style in the edit screen set, not in the parent field screen set.  Any ideas what the problem might be?  Using WPF Agentry client 70.10.0.9 and SMP SDK 3.0.10.3.

Hi All,

I have a new requirement.

There are already existing work schedules and holiday calendar's for various countries.

 

Change Required  :

I have to create work schedules following overseas countries public holidays for India  posted employees.

 

Issue:
Unable to assign overseas work schedule to India posted staff.

 

How can we do this.

Please can one of you help me on this.

1) We do give Role A and Role B to All Users but using Desktop rules and filter ID properties display either Role A (for Desktop A) and Role B (for Desktop B)


2) The business case in my scenario is different, we have two different desktops (one old and one new) for the same user, We filter the entry points based the desktop filterIDs, but there is no filtering the portal content.



As I said, I've already talked about the need twice. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I have a requirement for the exact scenario you talked about in the above mention thread:.

 

 

Hi Sudheer,

In standard SAP, you can't have two condition records for a same condition type at a time.

If you create a new condition record, for which the validity period falls in the old condition record, then for that particular period new condition record will be activated and once the validity period of new condition record is completed then automatically old condition record will be activated.

But it won't delete the condition record completely, its only deactivate older one for a particular time.

Example you have a condition record having validity from August 1st 2007 to August 30th 2007. but if you create one more condition record which have validity from August 15th to August 20th then for that particular period the old condition record will deactivate and again from august 21st the older once will be activated.

we have a sales deal  condition that starts from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/9999.

lets say we have a special deal for a week so there is a requirement for a new condition where the price is different.  Example a new sales deal is created for the same customer and material with  new condition for 06/01/2016 to 06/15/2016.  this price should be valid only for a week.

when I manually enter the new condition for a week, it prompts an error saying "Error as a result of overlapping validity periods".

I would want the system to work like your scenario where it automatically makes the old condition active when the new condition expires.  can you please advise what I am doing here.. thanks.

Hi Jasmin Schaad,

 

You need not do anything.

 

1) This means either there is no datasource available (It exists and not PSM released) on the BO or
2) It exists, but it doesn't support extension

 

If you still need to extend datasource, you could raise requirement on the application team.
.

While the overall process looks ok, you may want to wait till May 2016, when SAP comes up with a standard solution to also avail credit of this cess in CENVAT. Refer OSS Note 2284385 for the updates.

You are getting person id is missing, we need to address it.

1. It can be lpd config issue

2. Data issues.

 

Ok, lets start with LPD config, can you you send us the screen shot of target parameters passed.

 

Also debugging will help, if you take the cussor to error message, then it will show the error code/class,from there you should be able to back trace the error location and can put breakpoint there.

Hi Zahid,

 

I meant, from HANA db of BW, create an SDA connection to HANA of ERP. Then create a virtual table(for the tables in ERP on HANA) in the HANA of BW and create your calc. views. In the modeling tools, just attach the underlying HANA db of BW. Then create a composite provider and add the calc view built on the virtual table along with your BW providers. Of course you cant add the ERP HANA db into the BW project and thats not the intention.
