basically master data full load, first run the IP and run the DTP.
after perform the attribute change run.
with out running the IP will not get the new records, if you run the only DTP it will take data form existing PSA.
in real time first run the all the master data with attr change run, then will run transaction data chains.

1 These are direct contributors to the cost of the product and I want them to be displayed as separate line in the cost estimate.
A: Use two Activity types for above.
2 Prod Mgmt , QC ,Admin & maintenance , these are all indirect cost
1) How do I bring them in the cost estimate
A: Load these charges as OHs through Costing sheet or else if possible treat them also one activity. Give rate in KP26 and you are done.

A workaround could be (not too nice one but still a workaround) is to add a prefix to the names like 0_ In Dev System, 1_In Dev-Working, etc. Perphaps later additional sorting behaviours will be implemented (I am not saying I know any news on this) but until there is no feature like that you can sort it that way with the prefixes. Just an idea.

I suggest to implement a Virtual Characteristic using Enhancement Spot RSROA and BAdI RSROA_OLAP_BADI. Please refer to SAP Note 1488910 - Kernel-based BAdI to improve runtime for more information.
Unfortunately, you have to add a new Characteristic to the Infoprovider if you need a new column. If you can use the same column, then you can use the same Characteristic (i.e. the value will be overwritten).
There is little documentation on the new Enhancement Spot RSROA and BAdI RSROA_OLAP_BADI. I suggest to have a look at the example Class CL_EXM_RSROA_OALP_BADI. Furthermore, you can have a look at the following SAP Notes for more information (even if it is written for enhancement RSR00002):
The documentation found here is basically still applicable. You only have to be aware to use in the context of the new BAdI.

I am facing an issue on HANA parameters handling at design studio level. Here is the scenario -
I have a Design studio dashboard v1.6 sourced from universe based on HANA view which has Input Parameters defined at HANA query view.
I have hard coded the input parameter "IP_FiscalPeriodFrom" and "IP_FiscalPeriodTo" in design studio on initialization and on startup as -
APPLICATION.setVariableValueExt("psHana Variable Models.QueryViews/APQuery/IP_FiscalPeriodFrom","001");
APPLICATION.setVariableValueExt("psHana Variable Models.QueryViews/APQuery/IP_FiscalPeriodTo","003");
Now the dashboard run fine if I run it for period from 001 to PeriodTo 003, but if I change the period say PeriodFrom 001 to PeriodTo 006 then its giving following error -
User can select any range so it should not be always dependent on hard coded values. Any suggestion to fix this issue.

I suggest to create loan details in infotype 45 in test system (with your loan conditions, instalment, repayments etc). Then write a PCR like given below:

In above pcr, I am reading table PA0045 and checking the loan type (example 0010). If it matches with this loan type, then I am calculating the 40% of that /LRP wage type (loan repayment) and it is stored in another wage type 9001 - which will be paid to the employee. I am making /LRP as 0 (since it is not deducted from employee).
Make the repayment schedule as quarterly in IT 45. Check above logic works, then we can add your additional conditions (like employee level or grade etc) in the PCR.

I set the check level at the contract in posting area 1052 and also configured parallel processing object VTREF for the Mass activities 0095(Mass write-off). But still the grouping is not happening at the contract, instead, the grouping is happening at Business partner level. This is causing the creation of write-off documents at business partner level causing the account determination to happen at VTREF level, where the created write-off document comprises multiple cost center assignments.The other problem is the selection of VTREF is not available in the General tab of FP04M, where we are forced to input GPART even though the parallel processing object is VTREF.

Both SQL mechanisms have their advantage. For example, issuing a TRUNCATE TABLE can be a lot more effective than individual DELETE statements. It all depends what your objectives are at that point in the business transaction and the expediency you desire are that moment in the processing.
Normally, the DW is the most effective data retrieval & update mechanism vs inline SQL for data lists and multiple column updates. Where the DW falls down is in multi-table updates as you have already encountered. When dealing with 2 or more tables, the DW can only be set to one of those tables for update in the DW painter. The fact that your DW did not update at all is because you never set the Update Properties settings - thus, no updating at all.
In the case of multiple table updating, you have two choices: a) perform the Update ( ) method multiple times and with each iteration, change the update properties under script control (as Terry pointed out) or b) use one DW per table. You can place the three DW's on one Window and use a common key to retrieve related table information. Then its just a case of issuing three simple Update ( ) commands (one per DW) to complete the DBMS updates. This is a lot less scripting than option "A".
In either case, the order of your table updates must comply with the parent/child (foreign key) relationships in your DB. That being said, its no difference in multi-table update complexity whether you coded it in VB vs Java vs C#, etc.

If this is by design, which application's design is it?

I read the documentation the FM release at 50A.

Yes Shi Feng - parameter was changed in RZ11 by checking option to get affected for all application servers.
Sure, 20 seconds would be enough but surprised that the parameter didnt work.
So, would like to check if any wrong configuration in our system or any Notes to be implemented for code corrections

Timeout will be sufficient for FTP channel to handle the hanging threads issue. I've never personally had to use max concurrency or poolwaiting time for the FTP channel.
