1. I am testing to calculate actual activity price from system (KSS2--->KSII)
2. Activity Type having 5 as actual price indicator
3. Everything seems to be okay still I am getting error 'KD301' and KD302 .
Have you experienced this situation.

Hi JT T,
I find Last Period Aggregation as very tricky in IBP.
Regarding your question on HKPER @ PER1 - I suggest you to check the helper keyfigure - HINVENTORYTARGET. This has calculation defined at PERPRODLOC level. If you check Input Keyfigure in the calculation, you will see HKPER @ PER1 is being used.
This is required as to get result at the last month for the respective quarters. As I read from some help documents it helps force the join between original dataset and numbers at last period. Hence effectively having those records with last months of respective quarters.

If you're able to see in workflow, check agent is maintained or not.
You can see in workflow who is the approver.
For agent determination expression or rule will be there. Check whether it is picking the agent or not.
Check the reporting hierarchy and Organization management of that employee.
If agent is there and you have maintained all the above things.
Login using approver id.

Query: Excel option in OOPS ALV
Hi Experts,
I have sorted ALV below. The first column ID is sorted
On clicking the excel button in the alv toolbar, the data in excel is not coming similar to the above alv
On checking the row 2 in excel in the first column the value LH is correct which is similar to the ALV above. On checking row 5 in first column the LH is again displayed but it is not there in ALV.
I know that displaying the LH twice is not wrong. But for the user they want exactly the way ALV is sorted. Please advice if there is any solution to rectify this issue.

Settlement includes posting using Allocation structure and Source Structure where you need to assign Cost element group which consist of Cost Element which has been used for different postings. these structure are used to transfer these cost to another location.
Please go through these settings and check.

Hello Professionals,
We got this as a new requirement in our company. We want an online leave application portal where user can enter the leaves of all associates of his department, A single employee has been nominated from each division and when user enter the leave, it route to the HOD of the relevant division and after the approval of the HOD, it automatically update the record of IT2001.

SAP have released OSS note 2267024 to fix this issue on WM6.3 apparently the same code can be applied to 6.2.1 also, but I have not tried that yet.
