Joining PO and Invoice data
Hi All,
I am looking to join PO and Invoice data using a third party program within a FICA set-up. The purpose is to find if Invoices are created before PO's. I generally do this by using the EKKO/EKPO tables and either the BKPF filtered by doc type (although FICA Invoice doc types are alluding me), or with the RBKP tables. This doesn't seem to be as effective, therefore:
Can someone please help me with the following:
1. For FICA what tables contain PO header data
2. For FICA what tables contain Invoice Header data
3. How are these tables joined?
4. What are the invoice doc types in BKPF for FICA.

LIVE Cache Consistency check for Stocks is dumping SQL error
Hi ,
While running LIVE Cache consistency check for stocks through /n/SAPAPO/OM17 transaction we got few errors for stocks , when i click fix the inconsistency it is dumping
SQL error 423 occurred while executing Native SQL.
Error 423 has occurred on the current database connection "DEFAULT".
Database error text:
Triggering SQL statement: "EXECUTE PROCEDURE "APS_STOCK_CHANGE""
Any help to fix this is most welcome.

Re: How to make fields mandatory in Message Address for Custom Notification.
There are 2 ways to make any Notification filed mandatory.
1. Configuration route:
Here Under Plant Maintenance->Maintenance and Service Processing>Maintenance & Service Notifications>Notification Creation>Notification types> Set Field selection for Notifications:
You select influencing button and your notification type then select the Radio button under Required column (against the
field you want to make mandatory)
2. User Exit Route: Through SMOD -->User Exit QQMA0014 -->Cutsomer Exit EXIT_SAPMIWO0_020 -->Include ZXQQMU20.
Then put your code in this include.
Code Sample
IF i_viqmel-qmart = 'A1'.
DATA: i_qmsm TYPE TABLE OF viqmsm.
i_qmsm[] = t_viqmsm[].
DELETE i_qmsm WHERE kzloesch = 'X'.
IF i_qmsm[] IS INITIAL.
MESSAGE ID 'IW' TYPE 'I' NUMBER 464 WITH 'Tasks'.
RAISE exit_from_save.
ENDIF.
ENDIF.:
(The above Code makes the 'Tasks' filling mandatory in the Notification type 'A1')

Quality Info status column in QA32/QA33
Dear Gurus,
In one of recent requirement we received a requirement of user unable to view the Quality Info status as 1st Sample / Pilot / Regular / Self certified while clearing the Usage decision,further more they requested to show the Quality info status of the material in QA32 as an addtional column which is not currently available in standard layout.
Currently we have a Z program to view the Quality info status,I suggested the user to download the data and give as input in QA32 for which user feels it is a tiresome work daily hence requested to show in screen based on which UD can be taken by user.
Can anyone suggest a solution for the same.

Can you post details of error from function RP_ANSAL_FROM_WAGETYPES - details, error code, class, etc? From the error, press help to give details; navigate to give you error code. The error could be in the feature ANSAL, currency being not found or conversion error, etc.
Also in MP000800 program module, search for RP_ANSAL, it calls above function (in include MP000840). Navigate to the function by double click on the function. You can also navigate to the function code in txn SE37. Then set a break point at the beginning of the function. Then execute the error giving txn PA40 or PA30. Then in debug mode you can find the source of the error.

You can use EDI 855 to send order acknowledgement to customer. So customer will get to know which orders are accepted or rejected.

I have some address independent data displayed on a business partner, specifically I want the email
Could someone tell me how it links to ADR6 ? I know how the email for an address data is displayed BUT00-BUT021_FS-ADR6 ( address dependent data),
but how do i get the Business partner for email in the address independent communiication section - whats the link?
Disclaimer - I do not have ABAP - I request key fields and tables (not ABAP structures!)
I only have SQL access to a copy of the SAP database.
