We are performing upgrade on Dual stack Netweaver 7.0 system. We are using SUM version 1.0.13.5

OS is HP-UX and Oracle is 11.2.

When we are running SUM and on step where it asks <sid>adm password to check instance properties we are getting error -

I am not sure why SUM is executing sapcontrol command with HTTPS and giving SSL error, I have disabled all SSL parameters in profiles and also deleted SSL nodes from strustsso2.

Also checked OSS note 1401712 which has our system error but as our kernel is qualifying condition so think is not applicable for us.

Please suggest what you think could be reason of this error.

We also have faced this type of issue. That was due to use of same data source (as you are using in your process chain) for retrieving the data for same selection.

If you also using same data source in both the IPs for same selection. Repeat both the IPs one by one.

Hi All,

In our client material ledger is active and the company code currency (10) and group currency (30) are the same. The Controlling Area’s currency type is a group currency (30).

Our issue is that for some posts the system is showing two different amounts in Company code currency versus Group currency even though they are the same currency.

In transaction CKM3 for some materials, we find movements with different values comparing the two valuation views.

When we display the accounting view of the master data of these materials  there are separated valuation for a company code currency and group currency, as we have a material ledger activated, and the standard cost is the same for both currencies but the periodic unit price is different.

I look forward to an explanation on what is going on with these transactions.

In your response I can see an an empty inline feed. This can be achieved by two ways

Option 1:  Do not implement method /IWBEP/IF_MGW_APPL_SRV_RUNTIME~GET_EXPANDED_ENTITY( ). Id you have correctly implemented a read for 'ProductionOperationConfirmations' and a query for 'GoodsMovements', framework will call the methods and will return you the data.

Option 2: If you have explicitly implemented IWBEP/IF_MGW_APPL_SRV_RUNTIME~GET_EXPANDED_ENTITY( ) then you need to write custom logic o populate the data in  nested structure. The nested structure will be having all the properties from entity 'ProductionOperationConfirmations' with an extra field called 'GoodsMovements'(navigation property name), the type of field GoodsMovements would be an internal table of 'GoodsMovements'.

Next you have to pass the NavigationPropertyName to parameter 'ET_EXPANDED_TECH_CLAUSES' to tell the framework that you have done the expand on your own and no framework attention needed.

I would say debug the method and check if you are sending the correct data in correct format .

1) Before my BADI's code triggering below is status (READY), wherein WF initiated and work items are sent to agent's inboxes

2) Now my BADI's code will trigger and cancels the UNWANTED (here in this example 240656, 240658 and 240660, I can say these are bad work items and we don't want them / agent's actions) work items by using std. SAP FM so that work items will be removed from agent's inbox

After my BADI's code triggering below is status (CANCELLED)

I agree that instead of cancelling we must do not generate UNWANTED work items in 1st place, but bcz of some reason they are generating

1. If you see it is exactly processing every hour, then check /SAPTRX/EE_MONITOR or /SAPTRX/EE_MONITOR_PACK or EE Monitor Advance program is running in the background.  If yes, then it would cause this issue.

Go to Expected Events -> Define Activities for the Expected Event Monitor -> Multitask EE Monitor Activities -> can you switch off for standard and custom event handler task config.

2. If you want to achieve this activity still using two event handlers to one task upon creation /update of event handler, then go to Event Handlers and Event Handler Data -> Event Handlers -> Define Activities for Updating Event Handlers -> Multitask EH Update Activities -> config here.

         Now we faced a strage issue, the ATP check failed, and so available stock for delivery creation, and if you create the delivery via VL01N,

the delivery can't be created, but when user tried to create delivery via VL04, VL10C by batch, deliveries were created sucessfully,  It is incorrect.

Could someone advise the cause? The issue only happened on batch create delivery. Thanks.
