Yes Pavel. Same SOAP request without any change from SOAP UI executes multiple times without giving any error. Each time it returns ApplicationID incremented by 1. That's why I was mentioning its strange. With SP03 same project was running without any issue and we were using same payload for our testing. Since the time SP03 was upgraded to SP07, we are facing this strange behavior for all CREATE operations.

Hello Sumit,
You do not need multiple service providers on the Portal.
If you want that the Portal is accessed with different aliases then you can do the following, assuming you use Microsoft ADFS as an IDP:
- For each Portal alias add manually new Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL in ADFS for the Portal (trusted relying party), e.g. https://portal1.acme.com/irj/portal, https://portal2.acme.com/irj/portal, etc.
- On the Portal system in NWA -> Authentication & SSO -> SAML 2.0 -> Trusted Providers: select the entry for the ADFS and under "Authentication Requirements" select "Application URL" for the authentication response setting.
If the user accesses different URL on the Portal for the SRM scenario then instead of https://<portalalias>/irj/portal add this URL as ACS URL in the ADFS configuration.

If it's turning negative value to a positive value than a simple *(-1) variable for the negative values will solve it.
In general ,in Webi 4.x negative values are seen in table or charts just as any other value

Updating Hierarchies and categories in a CRM integrated with an ERP
Hello gurus,
We have a complicated business scenario regarding products on our system. Actually, we are using CRM for a pre-sales scenario and products have been created under the following hierarchy and category structure:

The first problem we find is that in order to use service request, we need to create product INVESTIGATION of type 02. Service as it is mentioned on BP C54_CRM701_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_XX. But as we are already using most of the set types required on an existing hierarchy, we cannot assign them on a category of a new hierarchy, and on the other hand as ZCFUNNEL category has been created as 01. Material Product type, it won’t work If we create INVESTIGATION product as 01. Material.
The second problem is that in a future phase, we are going to integrate our CRM standalone system with a new ERP client. On our landscape, products are created on CRM and should be uploaded on ERP. One of your SAP collagues suggested to use the “Send to ERP” functionality. Does it work even though we do not download the hierarchies and categories from ERP? Is it possible to upload them from CRM to ERP?
says: "Product models for configurable products that were created in SAP CRM cannot be replicated to SAP ERP. For this reason, we recommend that you create configurable products in SAP ERP if the sales documents are also distributed to SAP ERP."
Do you have any suggestion on how to model our products?

Basically, the admin will have to login and installed NWBC on the central Citrix server. After that your Mac Users (Typically using Citrix Mac receiver) will be able to launch them and access NWBC; just like any windows application.
Check the following link for more info. Although it's referring to WTS (Windows Terminal Server); but I believe the concept is the same; also take care to ensure that all the required XML files are loaded corrected per the section on 3.5 Admin Guide.

Sorry for not having a more precise instruction set, but you would need to set/change the "JCO timeout" at the Portal end.
I believe this can be done at the Visual Administrator.
The Java-stack of the Portal has to close idle / unnecessary RFC connections to the BW.
I hope this helps, or that someone with Java-stack knowledge replies this thread!
