Can you post here the complete output of the EXPLAIN including information about the index. Please also don't forget to refresh DB statistics for BSIS table after you make changes to the index. You can do that with DB20 transaction.
I don't see any reasons for the table access to be honest.

I believe you need to maintain some value in the 'Own data' to get the attachment downloaded. Though I'm not sure, its better if you can consult your Basis team.

I have an issue with payslip for an employee. The issue is that the total amount of Earnings is correct. But Deductions total amount is showing wrong and even the net pay is also wrong. Can any one of you please advise what could be the issue?

Dear SAP Gurus,
I was recording results for a Inspection lot using QE51N. I have not entered any value for one of the characteristic. When I did valuation, the result field of that characteristic was populated with "0" (Zero).
I have attached the screenshot of the same.
Can you Please suggest what need to be checked and why this field is automatically populated with Zero (after valuation).

This makes sense. But if you are using SuccessFactors for all of talent then shouldn't the managers view all data in SuccessFactors? Or do you have some processes talent running on-premise and some talent processes running in SuccessFactors?

issue is solved.
Problem was obviously, that data-declaration was in the local section. After declaring ALV-Basic-class and data-table as global attribute there was no more short-dump by displaying ALV-list:

Hi,
we are in the situation where we will move our APO system from an inhouse server, to a server provided by an external vendor.
A question/issue has come up regarding live cache. We are on an old release 4.6 and live cache version 20, according to SAP newest version is 50 and they do not recommend to go lower than version 32.
The idea is to move APO and forget the current live cache and rebuild it with the new version. For transactional data, can this be done by simply transferring data again from connected ERP systems or will we face new problems?

I made the changes and it works fine so thanks for that!
I do have another question regarding the scheduled background jobs on the SLT side though. Under the administration area you can change the job user and that works fine. So I changed the user to be a batch user so that it doesn't execute under my own name but I still have some other jobs running under mine or other colleague accounts.
One example is the "/1LT/IUC_REP_MSTR" job. When I look at SM50 I see for example the programs "IUUC_MONITOR_SCHEMA, CL_BAL_DB_SEARCH and CL_DMC_STRUCTFIELD" How can I change the user under which these jobs/programs run?

Anyway now you're working on data converted to excel format, so it's not enough to change the type file from XLS to PDF
You need to convert the data in pdf format before sending the mail
Probably the easier solution is to generate a smartform where you print your internal table and then to convert the smartform to pdf
try to check it on SCN

You may want to narrow your select with POSNN or check which indexes you have for VBFA and adjust your select accordingly to improve performance, but this technique is still somewhat doubtful.
Why don’t you simply take it from VBRP-VGBEL/VGPOS?
