If you are 100% sure that final CT_DATA at the end of badi code has proper rounded values with proper members then it WILL BE WRITTEN to the cube if you call the badi from script with the parameter WRITE=ON

2KET could be used at any moment. I'm no sure why you refer to 2KES, as manual carry-forward, though. 2KES is actually automatic carry-forward, similar to F.16 in FI. However, 2KES wouldn't be available for execution if 2KET is not set. As for reports, all the reports could be found in PCA information system. There is no standard report for profit centre, which resembles FS10N; the concept is different. FS10N gives balances for G/L account (cost/revenue carrier), while profit centre is cost/revenue object. You can, nevertheless, develop ABAP report based on GLPCT table.

It seems that you have created the new system through a system copy. Then you can see the transport request details in SE01 but relevant datafiles are not in the system.
Then you have to copy those files into the datafiles and corefiles and should make necessary permissions and ownership to the files.
Then use stms-->extras --> other request --> add

1)Repair full request: as we know without disturbing deltas we go for repair full load.
so my question is if we do repair full load from which tables (setup tables or delta queue) data will come .if it is setup tables then why we go to repair full load as we have full load option right?
Actually repair full request concept was useful until BW 3.x only.Reason why repair full request.Earlier in DSO full load was not possible after delta loads so if you miss some data by chance then we used to go for repair full to fill those particular records from setup tables.

3)Data source: if we want replicate only one data source then what we have to do.
can we do it with t-code RSDS
You can replicate it with the tcode you mentioned else you might try with this function module
RSAOS_METADATA_UPLOAD
Give the logical system name and oltp datasource name which you need to replicate.

With an assumption that it's a make to order scenario,
If you want the system to create individual procurement proposal for the dependent requirements,
then maintain the value as 1 for individual/collective requirement indicator in MRP4 view.
The system will create the individual procurement proposal for each sales order.
For collective requirements maintain the value as 2.
Ensure the value is not set as 2 for the final assembly in the MRP4 view.
Now re run MRP and check the results.

I have provided you two SAP notes and you should read that.
Transporting between different released can cause inconsistencies but there are certain combinations which are supported.
If I were you I would import those transports into a sandbox system and will test them before importing them to the other systems.
Regarding the component version mismatch message you can check the box "ignore invalid component version" in the Options tab.

Integrated planning - its not technique, its separate process/function or module.
Planing related module like BPC - Business planing and consolidation.
Planing: When we use planing functions at target level, it can be loaded actual data and as well as planing data.But not at time. as per the situations we need to switch the cube properties.
These kind targets are called as real time info cubes. Its have two functions. When we load Actual data thru DTP we need set cube property as.
"Real-Time Cube Can Be Loaded With Data; Planning Not Permitted"
When we enter data thru input reports, we need to switch cube property to
"Real-Time Cube Can Be Planned, Data Loading Not Permitted is selected."
Real time info cubes need to have Actual/Plan indicator.
