Still i have a doubt, if i am using a Qualitative MIC and i only want to record defects, so i have maintained catalog 9 in QS41, selected sets cannot be done for defects and for that MIC i have not tick characteristics attributes in control indicators...till here am i right..?
In routing i selected 150 as an inspection point and for operation 150 when i assign sampling procedure and SPC criterion it shows an error. screen shot is attached
This can get very complex and almost impossible to make 100% accurate report (at least without doing some major changes to the process).
Let's say a user A has a work item in his inbox. Then he sets user B for his substitute (=>new entry in substitution table HRUS_D2). Now the work item is still in user A's inbox (in database level (table SWWUSERWI)), but also user B can see the work item in his inbox through the substitution.
Then user B double-clicks the work item in his inbox. This will reserve the work item for him (change in table SWWUSERWI). Now user A will NOT see the work item in his inbox. User A returns from holiday and turns off the substitution, but even this will not bring the work item back to his inbox.

Well, basically you cannot. First of all, the substitute user never "physically" has the work item in his inbox before he clicks/reserves it. Secondly, after reserving the work item, it is hard to know that the work item now belongs to the substitute user and not to the actual original user.

But i want to convert gt_dyn_table dynamic table which is created from field catalog into Normal internal table. Because I want to apply loop on that table without field symbol .
I tried to reproduce the same at my end but for me all deployed OData services are working after restart.

No, this is not possible. Logistics extraction is set up by SAP because of the huge number of transactions in Logistics (SD, PM..). Extracting the data directly like for instance HR of FI data wouldn't be performant. So, SAP introduced the concept of these intermediate tables.

First solution does not include reporting integration. Thats because I like to implement it with DSO for direct update. Ir is it possible to do table maintenance on this DSO also if the cache is inactive?
Second solution runs into additional programming costs. So we have some different uploads I would like to avoid this.

Hi Mahesh,
Can you try using PI tools like filezilla giving the channel parameters for the connectivity and check the connection. By doing this, you can come to know whether is there any issue with the directory on the server or the user has any issue while accessing the directory.
If the above does not work, then ask basis team to telnet from your PI system to that server. From this, you can come to know if there is any firewall issues for the connectivity.
