You can hard code the quarter value like
Quarter = if( Month in list (4,5,6) ) then Q1 else if (month in list (7,8,9) then Q2) and so on..
month = Month (Invoice creation date)
also calculate fiscal year as
F Year= if (Month IN LIST (1,2,3) THEN YEAR(Invoice creation date)-1; ELSE YEAR(Invoice creation date)
Current FY = If Month(CURRENT DATE) IN LIST (1,2,3) THEN YEAR(current date)-1; ELSE YEAR(current date)
Previous FY = Current FY -1
update above formulas accordingly as:
4. Sales Q1= [Sales] Where ([Quarter] = "Q1" And [ F year] = [Current FY] )
5. Sales Q2= [Sales] Where ([Quarter] = "Q2" And [F year] = [Current FY] )
6. Sales Q3= [Sales] Where ([Quarter] = "Q3" And [F year] = [Current FY])

Infocube Name for Routine to fectch its data
Dear Experts,
How to find Infocube table in the BI ABAP Dictionary.
Note:-
For DSO i could able to find the format like for active table :/bic/a<dso_name>00.
Similarly for activation queue table : /bic/<dso_name>40.
changelog table it is : /bic/b<10 digit random number>.
For DSO to fetch current Data active table is right one.
Similarly can you please suggest the table for Cube to get its filed in another DSO using Rotine.

There are actually few OSS notes that fix the old workflow email subject character amount limitation. Do few searches in SAP Service Marketplace. I just implemented those notes few months ago, so I know they exists. Then you wouldn't need to change the title.
After saying this, I must mention that as far as I remember correctly, those notes fixed the code behind the workflow email sending step. I am not sure if they fix possible bug(s) in RSWUWFML2. (They might.)
Eventually you should move to Extended Notifications as mentioned in earlier answers.
