we are copy tow files (SAPAPPL1_1.TSK and SAPAPPL1_1.TSK.BAK)
we are run command R3load -merge_only SAPAPPL1_1.TSK
we are received one file named SAPAPPL1_1.TSK as the following Pic:
Question Now: Are we must take this new file and replace it to the old SAPAPPL1_1.TSK and repeat installation.

I tried to use a copy of the sap implementation in MSR_MEGUI_GRID_ENHANCEMENT
I did something like this.

DATA: ls_entry TYPE mepo_s_metafield_mapping.
ls_entry-application = iv_application.
CLEAR ls_entry-modif.

Finally I made it work ... when i did the test with https:smpserverfqdn:8081/SAPIM, the application responded "I'm here!"... Now I have other issue with the sync between client and server, but I will post a new question with that... be aware because I will request your help by mentioning you guys

Sorry for the delay response as I was busy with Go-live work. I understood what you have explained in previous mail.
My doubt is, in present situation we are downloading the objects from source system
(4.7) into one file by executing the program in source system(4.7). But now I want to execute the program in target system(ECC) and download the objects which are in source system into one file and those objects display in target system(ECC) and then upload those objects to target system by using the file. Is it possible?
If yes, could you please help me on this.

this depends on where you enter data for ZEXTERN. Is it in BI/BW or in ERP? That'S not clear for me.
If it is entered in BI/BW, how is it entered there? Using BI-IP, WebDynpro, RSA1, some thing else?

I can't speak for the content of HA100 or HA300 never having taken them nor being involved in their creation. Perhaps they just haven't been updated since the days when you could only create these objects in the Systems view (SPS05 and lower). However since SPS06 the general recommendation is to create and edit these objects via the Project Explorer.

BAPI_RE_CN_CHANGE, BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE
Hi REFx Gurus,
My requirement is copy an existing contract, from a company to another company.
After copying all objects, i go to create contract with BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE, with respective transformation of all objects to the new company code.
But the enddate of the new created contract(RECNENDABS), wich field does not exist in BAPI above, is not correct.
I guess the renewall rule was not runned for new contract during activation, because the rule is not active.
Can it be activated with this BAPI ? or with BAPI_RE_CN_CHANGE ?
Any way of force the enddate for new created contract ?
The requirement is copy the contract with all old dats in new contract.

Thanks again . After quite a bit of trying I was able overcome many obstacles. The issue now is the the following. When I try to connect I get the following message " System locked; license is invalid or expired " . I sent a mail to las@sap.com , but there is no response. Can you guide me who would be able to provide this this file. Looks like it is a .txt file, which I need to install but the .txt file itself has to be provided. Any idea how to proceed ?

i am creating multiprovider using Copa cubes ,sales open order cube ,sales deleveries cube.in this cubes material,ship to,customer,customer hierarchy ,product ,sales organization are characteristics using.
Now business want Batch code to be included from MCHA-CHARG.i have tracked CHARG field is coming in 2LIS_11_VAITM.
how do I know this field is coming from MCHA table.
please advice how can I add this field into multiprovider???

Over a year ago, here was something posted on the product site. It was an unfinished framework and more focused on describing the ADM - not very useful for modelling current or future states. It was only there for a while and removed at some point.
I do have a copy I can share with you (I think I have it saved somewhere). I will try to locate it and send offline.

Hi Joeren,
I don't think you have done anything wrong. We have had the same issues, but intermittently and I am having a hard time nailing down the exact use case to consistently reproduce the bug. We have also had cases of the flip side happening - on repository connect, the synchronization dialog tells us there are local changes yet when we try to check in, the check in gets cancelled because the repository and library are the same. It is happening right now with an extension file that I am sharing via the library.
Anyway ..... I have come to the conclusion it is a bug and not something you are doing wrong.

Thank you Sir to ask this question , i was doing Variant Configuration first time and was using class type 023 in material master , and in CU41 class type is 300 - Variant , now i create new class with type 300 and used same characteristics then assigned in material master , its working fine now characteristics coming in MIGO from Purchase order.
